  • Do you ship internationally?
    We ship both to the UK and internationally, see shipping prices at the checkout for your region. Please note that original paintings are currently only free delivery to UK buyers only. Fine art prints are dispatched within 48 hours of ordering, and a tracking number will be provided to the customer upon dispatch. NON-UK BUYERS FOR ORIGINAL PAINTINGS: If you live outside of the UK please make sure to contact us via the contact page to obtain a delivery quote. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver original paintings internationally for free. This is due to the added risk of the painting being damaged in transit when delivering abroad. Therefore, we will obtain a quote from the shipping company ‘Pack and send’, they are highly experienced in shipping art successfully abroad. PLEASE NOTE: If you buy the original painting without first obtaining a shipping quote, your order will be automatically cancelled.   • Do you accept returns?
    We aim for all site information, photographs, and addresses, to be as accurate as possible. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, if you ever need help with your order or if it has arrived damaged, please feel free to contact us at info@heather-fisher.com. ​
  • Do you accept commissions?
    Yes! Heather loves to work with you to bring your ideas to life. ​If you would like to commission an individual artwork from Heather, please contact us with the details of your desired painting and we will provide you with a quote. If you are happy to continue, we will request a deposit. Once the deposit is received, Heather will start creating your bespoke piece, making sure to keep you informed on its progress during creation. Once the painting is finished, she will check you are happy and request the rest of the payment for the artwork. Once final payment is received, she will securely package and send your artwork to its new home.
  • What mediums do you use?
    Heather mainly uses oil paint as she loves the detail and rich colour they create in her artwork. However, she does experiment with mixed media and acrylic paint.
  • My order arrived damaged.
    We take every care to package your order carefully, however on rare occasions the package is not handled with care on transit. The delivery provider is solely responsible for item once we have dispatched it and any damage caused is at the fault of the carrier. Please let us know if your order is damaged. The Royal Mail has a protocol in place for this and we can go through that process on your behalf or help you go through it if you would prefer to deal with them directly.
  • I provided the wrong address.
    Please be aware that you are solely responsible for your address being correct. We will not replace any orders that have not been received due to having the wrong address on them. If you notice your address is incorrect please notify us asap and we will try to rectify this for you before dispatch.
